The National Curriculum in Reproductive Psychiatry (NCRP) has developed the Longitudinal Case Conference (LCC) program with the goal of fostering a deeper understanding of reproductive psychiatry through structured, case-based discussion. The program includes small-group discussions focused on reproductive psychiatry cases across the lifespan, including perinatal mental health, premenstrual related disorders, and symptoms related to perimenopause. LCC participation is available to clinicians who have completed the NCRP-Intensive and are seeking additional advanced, case-based educational experiences within the reproductive psychiatry field.

The LCC groups meeting twice monthly, excluding holidays, for approximately 20 sessions over the course of the year. Each group will include seven participants, consisting of MDs/DOs, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, and will follow a structured, case based discussion format. Facilitators will work in pairs to guide discussions, provide brief education, and ensure alignment with the NCRP curriculum and learning objectives.

All participants will have completed NCRP-I training and should be actively working within the reproductive psychiatry space. Participants will also agree to established program expectations and guidelines.

Individuals who attend at least 80% of sessions will be eligible to complete the Clinical Skills
Exam (CSE) and will receive a certificate of completion at the conclusion of the program.

• SSRI risk-risk discussions
• Sleep counseling/prescribing in the third trimester
• OCD vs postpartum psychosis
• PPP identification, treatment, and preconception counseling
• ADHD and stimulant use in pregnancy/lactation
• Perimenopause
• PMDD
• Antipsychotics in pregnancy/lactation
• Lithium in pregnancy/lactation
