The National Curriculum in Reproductive Psychiatry (“NCRP”) is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment for all participants and attendees at all official NCRP events and online courses, regardless of sex, race, color, national origin, religion, age, physical or mental disability, perceived disability, ancestry, marital status, sexual orientation, or any other basis protected by applicable federal or state law. NCRP does not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or other prohibited conduct. Beyond this, NCRP expects all participants to contribute to a professional environment that supports shared learning. Our programs are intentionally interactive and discussion-based. Each participant’s ability to learn depends on the presence, engagement, and equitable participation of others. Accordingly, behaviors that disrupt the learning environment, including but not limited to discriminatory conduct, harassment, repeated interruption, dominating discussion, dismissing others’ perspectives, or failing to make space for diverse viewpoints- are inconsistent with the goals of NCRP. Conduct that materially interferes with the group’s ability to engage in thoughtful, balanced exchange may result in intervention. While it is not possible to anticipate every scenario that may arise, NCRP reserves the right to determine whether a participant’s conduct is inconsistent with the overall goals of the program and to take appropriate action to protect the integrity of the learning environment. Disciplinary Action If NCRP determines that an individual has engaged in conduct that violates this Code or otherwise undermines the learning environment, NCRP will determine the appropriate action, which may include, but is not limited to: Private reprimand; Removal from the event or online course with or without warning or refund; Implementation of conditions upon attendance at future NCRP events or online courses; Restriction from attendance at future NCRP events or online courses; or Expulsion from NCRP.
